SilkPerformer comes with a predefined data folder which contains numerous files of different format's (rnd, csv etc) called 'Data', location will differ pending the Version of SilkPerformer being used, for SilkPerformer 2011 (C:\Users\PaulCo\Documents\SilkPerformer 2011\Data), SilkPerformer 2010 R2 (C:\Program Files\silk\SilkPerformer 2010 R2\Working\Data)..
If importing a custom data file (e.g. from a Network share), which hosts the same file name as those within the Data folder outlined above, when the SilkPerformer project is closed and reopened, the Data File's location (pathway) will default to that of the file contained within the 'data' folder.
e.g, adding Data file - S:\Files\Address.rnd to the project, once the project is closed and reopened, the Data file will revert to C:\Users\PaulCo\Documents\SilkPerformer 2011\Data\Address.rnd
