Hey,

I am using the SilkTest Workbench 2011.

Could I upgrade in the 13 version? Do i need a different license?

    Nat,

    A new license is needed for SilkTest 13, this can be arranged if you log a support case.  There is a link to open a support case on the right hand side of the SilkTest group homepage:

    community.microfocus.com/.../silk_test
