SOLUTION:
You will need to perform the following to allow multiple Jira projects to use one AccuRev depot.

1. Edit the following section of the IssueTrackingSystemMap.xml file. You will need to add another condition for the additional Jira projects.

<destinationConditions>
<or>
<condition operator="EQ" fieldName="project" values="PRJ1"/>
<condition operator="EQ" fieldName="project" values="PRJ2"/>
<condition operator="EQ" fieldName="project" values="PRJ3"/>
</or>
</destinationConditions>

2. Create a new filter in Jira to show all issues in both projects. Once you created this filter find the pid # for this new filter and modify the JiraFilter.xml file with this information.

<filterData name="All" filterOptions="pid>=10000"/>

To determine the pid #, arrow over the filter name in the “Manage Filters” page of Jira. The pid number will look like requested=<some number>
