PROBLEM/ABSTRACT:
Why is AccuBridge for IntelliJ IDEA 5.1 failing to initialize?

SOLUTION:
Upon startup of the IntelliJ IDEA (from Jetbrains) the following message appears after the license screen:

Plugin AccuRevVCSPlugin failed to initialize:
String Index out of range: -1
Please remove the plugin and restart IntelliJ IDEA.

The problem is that the AccuRev\bin directory is not in the path of the system where the IDE is running. The AccuRev client should be installed on the same machine that the IDE is running on, and the appropriate path to \accurev\bin should be defined in the Path of the operating system.

Add c:\program files\accurev\bin (or wherever you have AccuRev installed) and restart IntelliJ.
