PROBLEM/ABSTRACT:
Trying to create a new schema in Dispatch, the Schema Editor tab is not opening in the AccuRev browser when using the default schema in Dispatch.

Running through the following steps in the AccuRev browser, the Schema Editor tab doesn’t open.

Issue -> Schema Editor -> Select a Depot -> Default Schema -> Yes

The Schema Editor tab doesn’t open.

CAUSE:
The directory named Dispatch did not exist under the <accurev_install_dir>/site_slice directory. This directory contains the default schema data that is used when creating a default schema.

SOLUTION:
From another server install, copy this directory and contents and place them under the <accurev_install_dir>/site_slice directory. Now when you run through the steps above, the Schema Editor tab should open.
