Increase value of max. allowed depth for folder structures

There should be an option to increase the max. value of following Site-level parameters to a value >20:

* MAX_TREE_DEPTH_SCM_RESOURCE
* MAX_TREE_DEPTH_APPLICATION_MODULE

Background:

The demand is to synchronise BPH-nodes (SAP Solution Manager) to Requirements documents/Requirements (Octane) via MFC.

Synchronisation  from Solution Manager to Octane fails because at a certain point "This operation will result in tree hierarchy to become deeper than the allowed maximum depth."
