Request capability to add user defined fields to Add Workspace form

We would like to be able to add some internal infrastructure and organizational data when we create new workspaces. We would like to be able to query those fields in an effort to capture metrics from them, the Description field really isn't enough. However, there is currently no way to customize the Add Workspace form. 

The request is to be able to create user defined fields on that form so we can capture and report on those metrics.
