Support Tip: DA Shell Process step gives error permission denied

If the /tmp folder on the agent system is set to noexec, shell process steps that start with a shell setting may yield a permission error that includes text like the following:

 java.io.IOException: Cannot run program "/tmp/shell_command_1840210698303697263.tmp" (in directory "some/directory/name"): error=13, Permission denied
