After an upgrade to DPJ no data is returned

Problem:

No data when monitoring an active session after upgrading to new version of DPJ

Resolution:

After uninstalling a previous release of DevPartner Java and then installing the new version, you may no see data when monitoring an active session because of a setup issue with the Java plug-in.

Your Java plug-in has an option to cache applets. If this option is enabled, your plug-in might be using cached applets from the previous release of DevPartner Java Edition.

Clear the Java plug-in's cache so the plug-in will load applets from the new DevPartner Java Edition user interface. See the documentation for your plug-in for instructions.
