If I go to the Settings on BoundsChecker and set the error suppression for MFC and Visual C 4/5, for instance, then hit ok, then open it again, those items are unchecked.
The same thing happens if I hit suppress on the error reporting dialog.
This is a known problem in BoundsChecker. It occurs if BoundsChecker is installed in a directory whose total path length is greater than 24 characters (for example, C:\Program Files
A workaround is to install BoundsChecker to a location whose path length is shorter.
This issue has been fixed in BoundsChecker 5.03 and higher.
