Error detected when profiling, the Explain button forwards to Micro Focus

Problem:

When an a error was detected when profiling, the Explain button forwards the customer to the Microsoft online help facility.

Resolution:

The Visual Studio Help Facility Points to the online Microsoft site by default. Changing the default to the Visual Studio / Help/ Set Help Preference to Launch in Help Viewer which will bring up the DevPartner Help facility and explain the error.
