When Soft-ICE Windows is loaded, an NMI switch causes the system to reboot.
This has only been seen on certain hardware configurations
when the NMI keyword is in WINICE.DAT. When this keyword is present,
Soft-ICE hooks INT 2. When the NMI is hit, Soft-ICE gets control and
tries to do some I/O to clear the NMI. This can cause problems
including the reboot. The workaround is to remove the NMI keyword
and simply set a BPINT 02 inside Soft-ICE.
