AutoAlert -users not listed in Auto Alert Administrator - Show Users option

Problem:

Why aren't users being displayed under the "Show User" option? The listing is blank.

Resolution:

There is a known bug that users created within the Team Member items are not being listed in the show user option of AutoAlert. A workaround is to establish (or restablish) a user profile within the user administrator option  By going to the menu options Administrator-User Administrator and creating the user information including email address - you will now have this information in the "Show Users" option of the AutoAlert Administrator. This will allow an email address(s) to be used by Autoalert in sending the proper email queries to the approriate individuals.
