Problem:

How do I make users show and not show in AutoAlert?

Resolution:

To make a users appear in AutoAlert the administraitor must include the users email address in each users settings under the User Administration Utility in TrackRecord. Anyone who has an email address in the User Administration Utility will show up in AutoAlert.

To remove users from the AutoAlert users list the administraitor must delete the e-mail address from the specific users settings found under the User Administration Utility in TrackRecord. Once AutoAlert has polled after making the changes they should go away.
