Thanks for your quick reply. Hence, I have to consider some Items ( Incident Management) with filed (Item id, Title, State, Owner, Submitter, Submit Date, Last Modified Date). Here, I would like to send notification when “state is equal to Email-raised” just only submitter where Owner is not specified yet. In this case I would like to send email and notification to submitter and helpdesk to remind if submitted dated is more than one day.
For your kind information, i have been using in separate tool not in sbm composer. Here i have attached an image where you can see those item i would like to work on. Such as i would like to send a notification and email to only those submitter and helpdesk. Thanks a lots for your time and consideration
Now i am able to create notification rules from sbm application administrator. But i was unable to send e-mail just to submitter and helpdesk..How can i send email to them. Thanks in advance for your help.RegardsShahed
It sounds like two different email notifications.Create one with "submitter is (current user)" in its rule, and subscribe everyone to that notification. The rule will ensure it goes to just the submitter.Create a second notification similar to the first, but leave out the "submitter is (current user)" statement, and only subscribe the Help Desk group to the notification (you have to have a group in SBM for just the Help Desk staff).
Thank you so much Mr. Damon for your worthful solution. So it’s not possible to send same e-mail to the different user like (submitter and Help Desk ) in the same time . Once again thanks a lot.
You could write a fancy rule, but it is much simpler to just make two notifications. I would make the titles very similar, but different, so I could understand which notification is which.KISS = Keep It Simple, Stupid
