AGM Dashboard, No Teams

Hi,

I am trying out some widgets that I have not used previously.  They are all related to Defects.

On the top of the Dashboard page there are some filters that control the widgets that are context sensitive.  The filter for Team shows a geyed out value of "No Teams".  The pull down arrow next to this value does not show a list of teams available in my workspace.

What is the meaning of the value "No Teams"?
