In order to improve troubleshooting capabilities please change the location of config and log files

Due to the location (program files) of config and log files admin rights are needed to modify or collect these files. As security restrictions increase getting admin rights has become very difficult. This is crippling our ability to troubleshoot issues. Can you make the configuration and log locations editable from within the GUI or possibly the installation.
