Except Auto Generated Alias names during SSO configuration

During SSO configuration we used the IIS generated pfx file and when we tried to use it to configure SSO we found out that it did not like the alias name with dashes in it.  The workaround was to make the alias be "1".  Would like LRE to have the ability to accept any alias.  Case number was 02215444.

Note most other Micro Focus apps accepted the dashes.
