As we discussed, controlling the "Change device settings" user permission at the workspace level is already supported.
Please update this Idea if needed, for example to allow changing the device language from UFT Mobile UI/API, or to allow blocking only specific device settings, or to reset certain device settings as part of automatic device cleanup.
As part of Ultimate License, we have disabled the Settings application for all the projects/users. Post this, we received few requests for device language change. We cannot enable settings to any project as this might lead to deviation in default settings (by project users). As we don't want to open settings to the users, we are trying to figure out if this can be managed on workspace level.
