Auditing for User Role Change should be added to CSV file

There can be multiple admins in UFTM. Hence It is not possible to track which admin has changed USER ROLE from Admin to User or vice versa in system. Hence If we can add some menaingful details in this respect, that will really great to track and it will also provide additional security for Admin tracebility.
