Limit control for ad-hoc reservations in UFTM

After version 2021 we got a huge update on the control over reservations in UFTM, but this control only applies to pre-made reservations. When using ad-hoc, users can still create as many reservations as they want. After a ticket was opened with this question (02415504), we were informed that this is an expected behavior, so we believe this control is something that should be implemented on future releases.
