LR11: "the vuser script cannot run on this load generator platform"

Hi All,

I am hoping I could get some help with the issue I am currently having. I have recently installed LR standalone generator on a windows 2008R2 machine and the patches for version 11 all successfully. But when I try to run a test via performance center I get the following error message:

"the vuser script cannot run on this load generator platform"

Could someone please shed some light on this I've search everywhere but no luck on getting some information on this issue.

Hi,

Please check if the PC patch level supports the patch level of the PC standalone load generator.
Additionally Windows 2008 R2 is not officially supported for LR 11.0x.

I have updated the Load Generator to 11.04 but no luck I still get the same error.

Hi,

Do you get errors for this load generator when you run system health check and what is the type of Vugen script you are trying to run?

Hi,

I haven't run system health check on this machine before. We were trying to run RDP scripts through this server but then I tried to run a blank Web script and no luck.

Please run system health check for this load generator. If it indicates problems with the load generator they should be solved first.
