  • How can i open support case? from where i have to do it? Pls assist me on this....

  • The place to open a case is

You must either have an account already or you will need to create one.  You will also need to have your companies SAID number associated to your account.  The SAID number must have a Performance Center 11 purchase associated to it and the SAID must have a current and valid support contract otherwise you will not be able to open a case.

If you don't have your company'sSAID number you will need to find the person in your company that was responsible for the purchase of Performance Center as they received that number via email at the time of purchase. The only other way to get your SAID is from your HP Sales Representative

Once you have everything set up properly, click on Service Requests | Submit a new service request and then follow the screens, providing all the details that are requested.  Once you have completed the submission of the case an engineer will be assigned and will contact you.

    Good luck,
