Error in parameter file access with PC 12.60

We have upgraded PC to 12.60. Getting following error in accessing data file from network drive. Same is working fine with 12.55 and also works fine when running locally in LG machine with 12.60 which is used for loadtesting. We are running PC agent service under domain user account which has access to network share. Both agents are configured in similar way(12.55 and 12.60). 

Errors: 

-13880 Error: Table '\\qa\perf\API2.0\Data\API_testsdata.dat' cannot be opened. Error code is '-2'.

-13874 Error: Table '\\qa\perf\API2.0\Data\API_testsdata.dat : Invalid argument
