(PC) Support tip: In PC12.50, Error: COM component with CLSID {07BCEDE8-0D0C-4195-BE71-02588ED0C3A2}


PC 12.50P1 when attempting to monitor a running loadtest, shows error:  Performance Center has encountered a fatal error. Creating an instance of the COM component with CLSID {07BCEDE8-0D0C-4195-BE71-02588ED0C3A2} from the IClassFactory failed due to the following error: 8007000e Not enough storage is available to complete this operation. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007000E (E_OUTOFMEMORY)).

This COM object in the error corresponds to a wrapper service within PC Server. PC is failing to create the service since there seems to be not enough available memory on that machine. To get around the issue, readd the login credentials for that COM object under docmcnfg, close all unwanted processes and services on the PC Server to free up some memory, reboot the PCS machine. This should allow to get past the error and view the running loadtests without issue
