The report template is not part of the Analysis template

At this moment, we can create report templates and then use them to create an Analysis template that only works locally. There's no way to import the report template besides the Analysis template in LRE. The only workaround is to move the report template locally to the Data Processor and then import the Analysis template with the LRE UI. There should be a way to upload both templates.
