Where do I find the SilkCentral Test Manager installation log files?

The location of SilkCentral Test Managers installation log file (SilkCentralTMgrxx.txt) depends on your operating system.  

Windows XP/Windows 2003

C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Local Settings\Temp\SCTMXX

Windows Vista/Windows Server 2008 onwards

C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Temp


Username is the user who was logged on while installing SilkCentral Test Manager .

The log files allows the user to ascertain where their installation may have failed. It details file extension registration, dll registration and more.
