Problem:

Why am I unable to log into SilkCentral Test Manager"s Office Import tool?

Resolution:

When logging into SilkCentral Test Manager"s Office Import tool, error: “Database is not connected on SilkCentral Test Manager. Please contact your system Administrator" is being generated;

This problem is due to SilkCentral Test Manager no longer being connected to the database. Please reconnect to the database within SilkCentral Test Manager and then try to import again or contact the local system administrator to do this. Once the database has been reconnected, then please stop and re-start all services.
