Screenshots can sometimes be useful as they will allow you to view the state of the application when the problem occurs, however using screenshots can take up a lot of memory.

To enable/disable the use of screenshots within SilkCentral Test Manager, open

C:\Program Files\Segue\SilkCentral Test Manager 8.0\conf\execserver\SccExecServerBootConf.xml

Then set the value of to either TRUE or FALSE depending on whether you want screenshots or not.
