'Show Test Details' is disabled when printing Manual Test results

If you select a large number of Manual Tests in Tests | Grid View, then right click and find that 'Show Test Details' is disabled, it is most likely that amongst the Manual Tests there are one or more automated tests. To fix the problem click on the Type column header and select 'Sort Ascending' or 'Sort Descending' - this will group all of the various tests by type and allow you to select just the Manual Tests as a single group in the main view.
