Problem:

If I delete the result of a run which currently has a bearing on the overall status of a Test Definition, will this effect the current overall status of that Test Definition?

Resolution:


The deletion of results from the "Runs" section of a Test Definition will have no effect on the overall status of that Test Definition, as this action does not bring about a re-evaluation of the status. The overall status is only effected by the current status off all assigned Execution Definitions, therefore the only means to effect the overall status of a Test Definition is through executing its assigned Test Definitions.
