How do you unlock the "segue" login if only the default "segue" and "admin" logins exists?

How do you unlock the "segue" login if only the
default "segue" and "admin" logins
exists?
ANSWER

If you get the error message: "An error occurred during
login: Login is currently locked, please contact your System
Administrator"
The "Administrator" login may not allow you to unlock
the "segue" login if it has become locked, therefore you
will have to create a new user account in the "admin"
login. Giving to this new user a role definition of
SuperUser.
You can do this by going to the "Administrator" part
of SilkCentral Test Manager and click on "Users", then on
"admin" and then go to the bottom of the page and click
on Add New.
Log out and log back in under the new login and this will allow
you to go into the "segue" user account and unlock the
segue login.
