No. The Microsoft Word import is limited to the 4 custom properties that exist by default. You can rename them, but you cannot import more than 4 custom properties using the Office Import Tool.

For example, in the below screen shots, 2 new custom properties have been added (Document, test4).

You will only be able to import into the properties entitled Custom1 - Custom4 that exist by default (you can rename them in SCTM).
