There is a known issue with Issue Manager 4.0 when deleting products. They get archived in the Administration section, but not in the Issue Manager section.

This will be addressed in Issue Manager 4.1.

As a workaround go to the table SCC_Products in your database, and ensure that all products you can see on the ISSUE MANAGER | CONFIGURATION page have IsArchived set to 0. The deleted products will be shown again in the Administration module.

NOTE: Always be sure to have a backup when making changes directly in the database.
