Is it possible to set a default value for Custom Fields in Issue Manager?
No, it is not currently possible to be able to set a default value for Custom fields in SilkCentral Issue Manager.
However, when configuring the field there is the option to:
‘Remember value from last issue entered’
Selecting this option means that when an issue is logged and a particular value is used for that field, this value will be remembered in the next issue that is logged.
