Ensure that the windows user-group "EveryOne" has at least the following permissions on Silk Central's application data folder and all it's subfolders

  • Modify
  • Read & Execute
  • List folder contents
  • Read
  • Write

Silk Central's data folder is typically "C:\ProgramData\SilkCentral"
