Why does an uploaded attachment still remain on my SCIM server after a user has chosen to remove the file from within the Attachments tab?

Resolution:

This is a known issue in SilkCentral Issue Manager 3.x and is fixed in version 4.0. In SilkCentral Issue Manager 4.0 all attachments are now stored in the database instead of in the RadarAttachPool folder and are deleted correctly.
