Why when I create a new Test Definition using the Multi-testcase Import in SilkCentral Test Manager 8.1, will an additional Test Definition be created?

The reason an additional Test Definition is created when using Multi-testcase Import is due to its design, an additional Test Definition will always be created.

This issue has been fixed in SilkCentral Test Manager 8.1.1.

Workaround

• Right-click on the extra Test Definition and Delete

  or

• Download and install SilkCentral Test Manager 8.1.1 where the issue no longer occurs.
