Problem:

Is there a way to view ALL open defects for all InBoxes in Issue Manager?

Resolution:

The only way to view all open issues for all InBoxes would be by creating a report. This is because InBoxes only display open issues that have been assigned to a user or group. It is up to each user to create their own such reports as the only reports provided by Borland are the sample reports in SilkCentral Test Manager.
