Borland StarTeam 2005 R2 Integration

SilkCentral Test Manager now provides integration with Borland StarTeam 2005 R2, enabling:

  1. Defect Tracking integration
    • Enables new defects to be created and existing defects to be linked in the StarTeam repository from within the SilkCentral Test Manager user interface. Defects are associated with failed tests, traced to requirements and reported on within the SilkCentral Test Manager repository.
    • Clearly provides the status of defects in the StarTeam repository directly from within the requirements or test plan view of SilkCentral Test Manager.

  2. Source Control integration
    • Connect directly to the StarTeam artifact repository for managing and assigning your test assets to the test definitions within SilkCentral Test Manager.
    • Specify which version of a test definition is required for execution on the remote execution servers.
