What may be the problem if you are getting an error in the InetSoft Report Designer stating "Meta Template does not exist: TMReport"?

The most probable reason for this is that there has been a change to the Registry file within InetSoft called StyleReport.srl. This file is used to hold all the templates that exist and we have a version shipped with SCTM containing the Segue Report template.

It is advised that you always keep a copy of the original file saved on your computer so that you can replace the working version of the file if necessary. The template could be accidentally deleted or the file may be corrupted and replacing it with the original should resolve this problem.

In the event of the InetSoft configuration files not being backed up at the time of initial configuration with the StyleReport Designer, then a re-installation of SCTM will be required in order to obtain these files again.
