Issue Description:
While uninstalling Execution server user has encountered the following error message:
"Error 1316. The specified account already exists."

Resolution:
It could be due to the following reason has caused this issue:
- Installation has been Corrupted that is why SilkCentral Execution server could not be uninstalled
 
To resolve this issue from Run - type regedit and browse through the following and delete the following registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninsta ll\InstallShield_{4C6AA5C2-36AE-4410-BEBC-017188B26F1F}
