This problem might occur if the new version of SilkCentral Test manager has been installed over an existing old version of SilkCentral.
To resolve this problem - Uninstall SilkCentral Test Manager and then install the new version of SilkCentral Test Manager from a fresh install. Always uninstall an old version of SilkCentral Test Manager before installing the newer version.
