Most likely you have just installed Issue Manager and have logged in for the first time after having completed setting up your database. This indicates that the username/password you have logged in with is not a valid user in the radar defect tracking database. It is likely that you have used segue/segue as the username/password pair for logging in. What you need to do now is identify who the radar admin user is and configure Issue Manager to use these credentials.

Go to
ISSUE MANAGER | CONFIGURATION | USER MANAGEMENT | USER ACCOUNTS
This will present you with a list of users in your radar database, identify who the administrator is. Once you find this user (in the sample database it is dhart (no password)) you need to click on the user and choose the "create web login" option. Once you confirm this dialog logout then login again using this user and you should no longer get this warning. You can now go to the user accounts section again and create web logins for all users listed, if you require.

If you are still getting this error then contact support@segue.com
