How do I correct a fatal runtime error due to "The transaction log is full" message when connecting to the database?

Resolution:

The reason for this error could be that the transaction log of the database is full. You can verify this by reveiwing the application server log residing in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Borland\SCC35\log. If the log file contains "The transaction log is full" message, then you will have to update the size of transaction log files to resolve this issue.
