Problem:

Can I lock down users so that they can only access Issue Manager and not Test Manager?

Resolution:

Users that are defined to be in the group,“Issue Manager users”, will only have access to the Issue Managermodule and will not be able to use Test Manager.

You can assign users to be in the “Issue Manager users” group at "Administration | Users" in the SilkCentral Test Manager GUI.
