This is controlled via an option in the "SccExecServerBootConf.xml" file.

This file can be found at: "C:\Program Files\Segue\SilkCentral Test Manager 7.0\conf\execserver".

Search this file for the following line:

-q -tm -fullreport

The -q option ends SilkTest after the script execution, remove the -q option and SilkTest will stay open after script execution.
