Why is my Manual Testing Client not starting? It flashes up and then shuts down.
One possible reason is an internal failure in one of the Eclipse files when installing the Manual Testing Client. Please check the log files in the C:\ProgramFiles\Borland\SC Manual Testing Client 2008\workspace\.metadata folder for error messages. If the logfile contains the following fragment of information:

then it is most likely that the Manual Testing Client failed to install correctly. There are two possible solutions to this problem:
1. Delete all folders in
the "configuration" folder (c:\Program Files\Borland\SC
Manual Testing Client 2008\configuration) but DO NOT DELETE the
\configuration\config.ini file.
2. If this does not work, please uninstall and re-install Manual
Testing Client again.
If neither of these two solutions work, please log a case with Borland Technical Support.
