Why do I see the entry "SilkCentralIssueManager 4.0 license for user "user" - Given license key is not valid or has expired" in the frontendServer.log?

This message informational and is reported if the Application
Server is restarted without restarting the Frontend Server. Users
on the Frontend Server are then trying to work with licenses that
no longer exist on the Application Server, hence the message is
reported, and a new license is checked out.
It may also be reported, if a user idles for more than 3 hours
but keeps open a browser window connected to Issue Manager. In this
case the Application Server checks in the license, however, if
after this time the user resumes working with Issue Manager you
will see this error reported and then a new license will be checked
out.
Please note this does not result in any usage issues.
