Why can I not remove a product in SilkCentral Issue Manager?

When trying to remove a product from SilkCentral Issue Manager you
may see the error:
Where "1" is the number of issues linked to the
product.
This can happen when the product you are trying to remove is
linked to another record, and to remove it would damage database
referential integrity.
In these circumstances you should set the product to inactive
